Private Party Booking

Book a private party at The Old Capitol Tea Room! We host private parties for groups of 15 or more primarily on weekdays and weeknights. We have very limited weekend availability.

Weekday Party Time Frames - 12-2pm OR 1-3pm

Weeknight Party Time Frames - 5-7pm OR 6-8pm

Weekend Party Time Frames - 12-2 pm OR 1-3pm

*Our public tea events take precedent over private parties. If we have a Friday/Sunday public tea event, we do not host private parties the Saturday in between. 

To inquire about private party dates, please fill out our private party booking form. We seat a minimum of 15 guests and a maximum of 30 guests. Cost is $40/person and $100  booking fee  to be paid once date and time are selected. This booking fee is a separate non-refundable fee and does not go towards your final bill. This fee secures your date, time, and 2 hour time slot for tea. 

When submitting a date(s) you can also visit our upcoming events on the home page that may answer our availability.


*Private Party Peak Season (Oct.-Dec.)

Due to the high volume of themed tea events that take place during October, November, and December, we do NOT offer weekend private parties during these months

I understand the cost is $40/person minimum of 15 guests and booking fee of $100 due at the time date and time are chosen. I understand payment for my final headcount needs to be submitted one week prior to my event.
