Celebrate the one and only Red Skelton for Red's Roaring 20s Fundraiser on Saturday May 15th at the Red Skelton Museum of American Comedy in Vincennes, IN.
Located at 20 W Red Skelton Blvd, in Vincennes, IN, the Red Skelton Museum of American Comedy is located on the campus of Vincennes University adjacent to the Red Skelton Performing Arts Center.
The Red Skelton Museum is a living tribute to the extraordinary talent and generous spirit of Red Skelton. The museum honors the legacy of a man who touched numerous lives through his comedic talent, great works, compassion and commitment to public service. As a museum, the RSMAC reflects history, ideas, innovation, discovery, diversity, creative expression and democracy in celebration of the exceptional man whose greatest ambition was to bring joy to countless audiences.
The Red Skelton Museum features a 3,500 square foot, fully interactive exhibit entitled, "Red Skelton: A Legacy of Laughter" which highlights various themes including the Red's Comedy Kit, interactive technology, scrapbooks, photos, letters, and memorabilia as well as costumes, props, and stage set.
The Red's Roaring 20's Fundraiser will be held Saturday May 15th with featured LIVE music performance by the Tin Pan Alley Cats.
